Project Analysis/Risk/Opportunity:

Our team as noted above is very streamline and experienced. We do not have much hand-off when it comes to the construction phase. During the bidding phase we utilize input from our general superintendent as well as project foreman that have experience in a similar project type. By having multiple viewpoints, we are able to see historically and real time how we see the project being built. In regards to our projects, we see pre-construction coordination as a big key to the masonry install. During most construction projects we see the opportunity to utilize multiple install crews, while concurrent miscellaneous scope tasks are taking place such as caulking or cleaning etc. We utilize    hydraulic platform scaffolding system where we see a 20-30% reduction in erection and dismantle durations.
